Hearts of Yucca Valley, a charity that raises funds for organizations such as local fire departments, paramedic programs, and the cardiac care unit at Hi-Desert Medical Center, is holding a fund-raising dinner at Las Palmas restaurant in Yucca Valley. The restaurant will donate a portion of all sales September 22, from 4 to 9 p.m., to Hearts of Yucca Valley. Las Palmas is located at 55792 29 Palms Highway, in Old Town.
