Whether you’ve done stretching routines as an athlete or you’re a complete starter, these three stretching exercises may be beneficial to your heart health. A toe touch, with one leg on a railing or a chair, helps you stretch your calves, back and arms. A shoulder roll targets your shoulders and back, and a chest stretch, with your hands behind your head, targets your chest, arms, and upper back. A link to these exercises is available below.
