The Morongo Basin Healthcare District Board of Directors needed a little more time for certain things to get done this month. So, they scheduled two special meetings Tuesday. The first one at 5 p.m. will go directly into closed session to deal with trade secrets, with an estimated date of public disclosure projected for September 2019. Then, at 6 p.m., the board will work on an employee performance evaluation of the CEO Jackie Combs. At the end of both meetings the board will reconvene to open session to receive the closed session report. The meetings will be held at the MBHD office at 6530 La Contenta Road, Suite 100, in Yucca Valley.
