The Morongo Basin Healthcare District board of directors will meet tonight in a regular meeting beginning with a presentation from Hi-Desert Medical Center CEO Karin Faulis about HDMC Holdings. Then the board will be asked to approve an agreement on capital expenditures, a revised authorization policy, and a restatement of the 2019-20 District Budget. Rounding it out will be a finance report and a report from CEO Jackie Combs. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. at the MBHD office at 6530 La Contenta Road, Suite 100, in Yucca Valley.
