At Thursday night’s meeting, the Hi-Desert Healthcare District’s Board of Trustees will select a CPA firm for annual audits. Also scheduled is a vote for a candidate for the board of LAFCO, the Local Agency Formation Commission for San Bernardino County.
The meeting will also include reports on finances and from the CEO, followed by a closed session in which the Board will discuss trade secrets and a performance evaluation of CEO Jackie Combs.
