After an opportunity for public comments, the Healthcare District Board will get an update on the Desert Care Network and approve their Conflict-of-Interest policy. There will also be a discussion of the District’s By-Laws. After reports on quality, Finances, and staff, the board will adjourn to a close session to negotiate the status of the lease for facilities at 58383 29 Palms Highway in Yucca Valley and 72724 29 Palms Highway in 29 Palms.
