This Thursday night’s meeting of the Morongo Basin Healthcare District Board of Directors, the directors will be asked to approve a newly revised manual regarding the Brown Act, which governs meeting access for local agencies. Then the board will be asked to approve the final draft of the district’s budget for the fiscal year 2020. Following that, a finance report from Controller Debbie Anderson and a district report from CEO Jackie Combs. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. at the MBHD office at 6530 La Contenta Road, Suite 100, in Yucca Valley.
