HEALTH DEPARTMENT CLOSES KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM AT TWENTYNINE PALMS ELKS LODGE

The kitchen and dining room at the Twentynine Palms Elks Lodge at 6501 Elk Trail were closed by health inspectors from San Bernardino County Health Department Monday, August 27. According to the inspector, The facility was without out hot water over 100 degrees. The Department requires that potable hot water of 120 degrees must be available for the sinks. An Elks spokesman told the inspector the water heater was out of order and needed to be replaced. The department had not listed that facility as reopened as of this morning.
