A series of health and wellness classes will be offered Wednesday afternoons at Rainbow Stew in Yucca Valley. The first class is set for 2 p.m. April 19 and will feature information on nutrition and pain. The classes are free. RSVP to Rainbow Stew at 760-418-5170. Rainbow Stew is located on the south side of the highway in Old Town Yucca Valley.
