Desert Hills Presbyterian Church in Yucca Valley will feature a dinner and family game night Wednesday, June 18, at 6:00 p.m. RSVP to the church office at 760-365-6331. The church’s men’s group will meet for breakfast at Carrow’s at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, June 21.
The artist of the month at Desert Hills Presbyterian Church Artist is Suzanne Burton, a member of the Chaparral Artists Guild. Her work will be on display in the church’s meeting room 1 until July 3. Burton works in water color and acrylic, focusing mainly on landscapes and floral compositions. She has worked as a fashion illustrator, a general commercial artist, a production assistant for a local magazine, among other things related to commercial art.
