The judges have finished their tour of the many local businesses that signed up for the 2018 Grubstake Days Business decorating Contest sponsored by Z107.7 FM Radio and z1077fm.com. Winning for the Large Interior category was Kelly’s Future in Yucca valley. Judges called the western and patriotic colors featured in the front window displays as “Simple and very tastefully done.” Winning in the Small Interior Category was The Scrub Shop of Yucca Valley. Their decorations were described as “tasteful, simple and all-around cute.” A second place nod for small interior went to Sheric Real Estate in Yucca Valley. Kelly’s Future, The Scrub Shop and Sheric Real Estate will win free radio and internet advertising packages for their efforts. Z107.7 FM thanks all the businesses who signed up and said the judging was difficult with some very nice efforts.
