Director Cheryl McGuire has cast three one-act comedies. The first, called “Shock of Recognition,” will star Abe Daniels as a tough play producer; Kevin Hayles as a serious playwright; and James Darin Rich as a determined actor eager for a role. Rich is also cast as the worn-out father in “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” with Marty Neider as a worried mother. An aging married couple share fading memories in “I’m Herbert” with Joy Groves portraying the wife and Les Taylor as the husband. The play collection will run Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons from September 15 through October 7.
