State Assembly District 47 is another close race, and this one has 6 days left to certify the results. Republican Greg Wallis retook the lead late yesterday as the vote count puts him in the lead by 85 votes against Democrat Christy Holstege
All 623 precincts are still listed as “partially counted” as vote-by-mail, provisional and other ballots will continue to be counted and processed.
There are 6 days until the district is officially called. The candidate who doesn’t come out on top has the choice to call for a recount, at their expense.
