Green Day’s hit albums Insomniac, Nimrod, and Warning saw great success in the 90s, but none compared to the 2004 runaway international hit “American Idiot.” The title track “American Idiot” rose to number one this week at Amazon U.K. following a campaign to make it so in anticipation of President Trump’s visit there. You can catch it live tonight when Green Today hits the outdoor stage for a free concert starting at 8 p.m. at Tortoise Rock Casino in Twentynine Palms. Now in its fifth season, “Live at the Rock” presents a new tribute every Friday night through October. Concerts are open to all ages. Live at the Rock is presented by Z107.7 FM.
