Mark your calendar for the Greater Landers Clean Up this Saturday, December 7, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bring your trash, old furniture and appliances, rugs, tires—YES TIRES—to Homestead Valley Park on Belfield Blvd. in Landers. It’s free; bring all the trash you want! Even electronics are okay, just no hazardous materials, batteries, or tires on rims. A volunteer with a Bobcat or other equipment to assist with moving heavy items is especially needed. Call 760-449-4048 if you can pitch in with a Bobcat, can join a litter retrieval team, or can help at the Park. Greater Landers Clean Up is organized by the Landers Association.
