The Gourd Art Festival; set for Saturday, November 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, November 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; will attract gourd art exhibitors and artists from all over Southern California. A Gourd Art Competition is again a festival highlight at $10 per entry with a Kid’s Competition free for children ages eight to 12. Awards will be given in several categories including “Spirit of the West,” “Spirit of America,” “Best of Show,” and “Best in Theme Fall Magic,” as well as the popular “People’s Choice” award. Parking and admission are free.
