Girl Scout Troop 791, along with the Morongo Basin Humane Society, will hold a pet adoption party Saturday, April 9. A free goody bag will go home with every family who adopts a pet at the event. The pet adoption party will be held from 10 to 2 at PetCo in Yucca Valley. The Girl Scouts are working toward their bronze service award with this event.
