Reach Out Morongo Basin and HICAP, the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program, will have a representative at the Twentynine Palms Senior Center on Tuesday, May 1, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., to help senior and disabled residents get unbiased answers to questions about Medicare and Medicare advantage plans. Counselors will be available to help individuals, free of charge, to understand benefits as well as provide legal assistance with Medicare appeals and hearings.
