Gallery 62 in downtown Joshua Tree is doing “shots” for the New Year—with the eye-popping photography exhibit “Private Eyes.” Presenting points of view from playful to provocative, scenic to surreal, the exhibit “Private Eyes” features high desert artists Mitch Miller, Patti Dietrick, Regina Kirillov, Kat Johnson, Louise Marler, Rose Cefalu and Sherri Sullivan—plus Paul Morehead in the gallery’s Signature Room. “Private Eyes” will run from Friday, January 4 through Sunday the 27, with the popular Second Saturday Artists’ Reception the evening of January 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. Regular hours for Gallery 62 are Fridays and Sundays from noon to 3 p.m., and Saturdays 9 to 3 p.m. Gallery 62 is located at 60167 Twentynine Palms Hwy, Suite H, in Joshua Tree.
