Furstworld fundraiser collecting money for county permits

A fundraiser for the recently closed local arts and performance space Furstwurld has been announced for May 27.

Furstwurld, founded by Bobby Furst in Joshua Tree, was closed recently after the county received a complaint, and the non-profit organization has since been working with the county to rectify the issues.

This fundraiser, produced by Seth Zaharias and Cliffhanger Guides, will raise money to apply for permits with the County and mitigate any issues that led to the closure through an event featuring musical performance and art auctions.
