A breakfast and rummage sale in Morongo Valley’s Covington Park will benefit the Morongo Valley Fire Department. The Fire Fighters Auxiliary is hosting breakfast, set for 8 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 4; tickets are $7 for adults, $3.50 for children. The breakfast will feature homemade pancakes, eggs, sausage and beverages. In addition, individuals and businesses can buy a table sponsorship for $25. An acknowledgement of your sponsorship will be placed on display on the dining tables. Several donated prizes will be raffled off. Bring your recycled riches for the rummage sale, which will be held 8 to noon October 4 under the covered pavilion in Covington Park. Spaces are $10 and sellers must provide their own tables.
