The public is invited to attend the Friends of the Twentynine Palms Library annual meeting scheduled for this Saturday, February 4, from 11 a.m. to noon. Twentynine Palms City Manager Frank Luckino will provide an update on the Phoenix Project and what it may mean for the library. Elections for this year’s Friends of the Library board members will also be held. You are invited to join them for the meeting and consider becoming a member. Light refreshments will be provided. All the funds raised by the organization go toward enriching library services in the City of Twentynine Palms.
