The Friends of the San Bernardino County Library are offering a buy-one, get-one book sale event at 11 libraries countywide. All proceeds will fund special events, materials, and programs at the library branches. From Monday (August 16) through Saturday (August 21), buy one book and receive a second book of equal or lesser value 50 percent off. The Twentynine Palms County library is located at 6078 Adobe Road. For more information, call the library at (760) 367-9519.
