A free women’s wellness seminar will present issues relevant to women, such as uterine fibroids, pelvic disorders, peri- and post-menopause, and the importance of screenings for early detection of cancers and osteoporosis. Dr. Andrea Randall, a gynecologist with the Morongo Basin Community Health Center, will take questions following the seminar. The seminar is set for 4:30 p.m. Monday, October 16, in the Mesquite Room at the Yucca Valley Community Center.
