This week’s free summer movie at Luckie Park: “Ferdinand.” Ferdinand the bull, who escapes from a bullfighting camp as a calf, is adopted by a rural farm family. When the authorities return him to the camp as full-grown bull, the giant but gentle Ferdinand must find a way to escape before he is forced to fight El Primero, the famous bullfighter who never loses. Bring your friends, family, blankets and lawn chairs. The movie starts tonight, June 28 at 8:30 p.m. on the north side of the racquetball court and is free to attend. Concessions will be available.
