So, you’ve finally cleaned out the office and there are documents too sensitive for the trash. You’re in luck! The City of Twentynine Palms and Burrtec have got you covered. Reporter Heather Clisby has the details …
Still got those prepared taxes from the 70s? Time to dump anything with sensitive information, like social security numbers and bank account numbers, and feed it to a shredder. The City of Twentynine Palms has partnered with Burrtec Waste Services to host a Document Shred Event on Saturday, April 27.
Open to Twentynine Palms residents only, Burrtec’s shred truck will be at the Community Services Building at 74325 Joe Davis Drive in Twentynine Palms beginning at 7:30 am. The truck will leave at 11:30 a.m. or once it is full. There is a limit of three banker’s-size boxes per resident and ID will be required to show proof of residency.
