Thursday’s program will offer an overview of general computer security basics and home computer security hygiene. Independent cybersecurity consultant Alan Watkins leads the 90-minute program starting at 9:30 a.m. at the Twentynine Palms Senior Center on Adobe Road. Attendees will learn some general definitions for cybercrime and identity theft, and look at current trends in internet crimes and cyber-attacks.
