The Dignity at Home Fall Prevention Program through Reach Out Morongo Basin will help lower or eliminate fall hazards in the homes of qualified Morongo Basin seniors and disabled persons. Individualized home assessments are used to evaluate factors in the home that help contribute to falls and provide modifications, repairs, and education on both fall prevention and assistive devices.
