HICAP offers unbiased individualized counseling and public education about Medicare and other related health insurance topics. On July 24 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., HICAP will have a representative at the Twentynine Palms Senior Center to help seniors and disabled residents receive answers to questions about Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plans.
