The Hi-Desert Medical Center’s community health education program presents “Be Hip About Hip Health,” on Tuesday, May 19, at 3 p.m. in the Helen Gray Education Center. Join Leslie Layman, physical therapist at Hi-Desert Medical Center, as she presents how to reduce your risk of falling, how to maintain stability and bone health through the aging process, how to minimize safety hazards in your home, and what to expect if you do break a hip.
