Learn how to recognize symptoms, within yourself and others, for PTSD and bring awareness to the need for help. Tuesday, November, 1 from 6 to 7 p.m. the Hi-Desert Medical Center invites you to this free lecture. The Director of Behavioral Health Services will speak about the diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder, including symptoms and behaviors to look for that would identify its onset. Basic treatment options will be discussed in addition to information about community resources for support. The lecture takes place at the Helen Gray Education Center located at 6601 White Feather Road in Joshua Tree. Free give-a-ways and refreshments will be provided.
