The Community Action Partnership had a problem delivering surplus food for local food banks to distribute to low-income residents in the Morongo Basin on Monday. Food will be distributed in Morongo Valley on Monday, October 27, at Church of the Lighted Cross, 11518 Elbow Lane, from 8 to 10 a.m. Food distribution will resume on its regular date next month, on November 17.
