For those still looking to get their COVID-19 vaccine and flu shots, there is a free vaccination event in Yucca Valley tomorrow (November 6). From noon to 4 p.m. residents are encouraged to stop by the Yucca Valley Community Center to receive either the Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson shot. Pfizer vaccinations will be available for those 12 and older, and the J&J shot will be there for those 18 and older, if they prefer the single dose. Flu vaccinations are available for those 3 and older. If you would like to pre-register for an appointment, you can do so by visiting MyTurn.ca.gov.
