Tortoise Rock Casino’s free concert series will begin Friday, March 6, and continue through October. Scheduled so far are the Just Dave Band on March 6; The Hush Band featuring Eddie Estudillo on March 13; Southern Caliber Band on March 21; a special two-night gig from Checker’d Past on Friday, March 27, and Saturday, March 28. On April 3 Brian Lynn and the Misfit Cowboys will return to the casino. All concerts start at 8 p.m. and are performed on the outdoor stage on the east side of the casino.
