FREE CLASS ON FALL PREVENTION FOR ELDERLY AND DISABLED

The elderly and disabled are especially susceptible to falling, which can lead to not only bruising but broken bones and hospital stays. Reach Out Morongo Basin and the Visiting Nurses Association of California will host a class on how to prevent falls Tuesday, September 24, at 10:15. This free informational class will be held at the Twentynine Palms Senior Center, 6539 Adobe Road, and is open to all seniors.
