The Tortoise Rock Casino kicks off its 2015 Live at the Rock series of free Friday night concerts on March 6, with the Just Dave Band returning from last year. Just Dave is a California Country group, charged with Rock and Blues, and featuring soulful harmonica. The concert starts at 8 p.m. Tortoise Rock Casino can be found by taking a right on Adobe Road at Highway 62 going east. Everyone 18 years of age or older is welcome.
