The Fraternal Order of Eagles will hold its fourth annual poker run on Saturday, August 24. The ride begins and ends at the Eagles Aerie, 67330 29 Palms Highway in Twentynine Palms. Rider will pick up cards to make a poker hand at the Joshua Tree VFW, the Landers Moose Lodge, the Twentynine Palms Elks Lodge, and the Fine Line in Twentynine Palms. There will be prizes for best and worst hands. Lunch will be provided at the end of the run back at the Eagles aerie, along with free music and prize drawings. Registration starts at 8 a.m. and the ride kicks off at 9:30 a.m. You don’t need to ride a motorcycle to participate in the poker run; all vehicles are welcome. Registration is $25 per person.
