We have more information about four people who were injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Highway 62 in Twentynine Palms Wednesday night. County Fire Battalion Chief Mike McClintock said at 10:07 p.m., firefighters were called to the intersection of Sherman Hoyt Avenue and the highway for a pick-up truck that had rolled over. According to a Sheriff’s press release, the silver Toyota Tundra pick-up truck was traveling westbound on the highway when for unknown reasons, the driver, Damion Sloan, 23, of Twentynine Palms, lost control. The Tundra struck the side berm on the south side of the highway and flipped multiple times. Sloan was thrown from the truck and pinned underneath it.
