A new chapter is beginning Friday for a long-time Yucca Valley resident. Ellin Loveless, the owner of Advanced Hearing Solutions, is retiring after almost 35 years in the hearing-aid business. Loveless is a former Yucca Valley mayor, council member, planning commissioner, and board member of the Hi-Desert Medical Center and Medical Center Foundation. She has also served as president of the Yucca Valley Rotary and served as a board member of Unity Home. Loveless has sold her business to Charles and Carol Erickson who will take over the business as Miracle Ear. Come say good-bye to Loveless and meet the Ericksons at an open house party Thursday and Friday, September 1 and 2, from 9 to 4, at the Advanced Hearing Solutions office, on Yucca Trail next to KFC in Yucca Valley.
