The holidays are coming up fast and the volunteers of Food for Life in Twentynine Palms are planning for their “Betty Garrett Thanksgiving meal” at Little Church of the Desert Community Hall. If you would like to be part of this special day and experience the joy of serving others. Volunteers are needed to work on Thanksgiving day, November 26, to decorate, serve the meals from 1:00 to 4:00 in the hall as well as deliver meals. If you are interested in volunteering, please call Teresa Brown at 562-324-9099. Teresa will schedule a time for you when you are available. Volunteers are asked to wear black pants and white shirts.
