FOOD DISTRIBUTION, AGING, AND ADULT SERVICES IN WONDER VALLEY TOMORROW

Free food and advice for seniors in Wonder Valley tomorrow.
A free USDA food distribution will be held Wednesday, October 17, at the Wonder Valley Community Center on Amboy Road, from 11 to noon.
A representative from the county’s Department of Aging and Adult Services will also be at the Wonder Valley Community Center Wednesday, October 17, at 11 a.m. to answer questions from seniors on in-home support services, elder abuse, and any other senior-related issues. Senior bus passes will also be available, as well as help with applying for the Home Energy Assistance Plan (HEAP). The representative will come to Wonder Valley on a quarterly basis.
