Saturday, November 2, is “Art Cruise 29!” an art gallery crawl in Twentynine Palms on the first Saturday of the month. Among the galleries featured on the Art Cruise 29! is Art-o-motive Gallery, on the corner of Highway 62 and National Park Drive. The gallery features the work of Sheliah Bailey, Duane Byrd, Stacy Byrd, Elisabeth Pollnow, and Heather Sprague. The 29 Palms Art Gallery will feature the works of David Abhari, Adrian Field, and Karin Skiba. The gallery’s opening reception is 5 to 7 p.m. Also open on Saturday is The Glass Outhouse Art Gallery in Wonder Valley, which will feature the work of Copper Mountain College art students; the opening reception is set for Saturday, from 1 to 5 p.m. The 29 Palms Visitor’s Center and the 29 Palms Creative Center and Gallery will be open all day Saturday.
