Isaac David McKeown was born January 1 at 12:14 a.m. and weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces. His parents are Casey McKeown and GySgt. Todd McKeown, a Marine with Installation Personnel Admin Center at the Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center.
