The Twentynine Palms annual Fourth of July celebration and fireworks display will be at Luckie Park Thursday, July 4. The event kicks off at 4 p.m. with live music by the Desert Sol Band. There will be food, a free photo booth, kids’ zone, watermelon eating contest, face painting, and swimming at the Luckie Park pool, plus games and prizes. At 9 p.m. the fireworks will be the grand finale to a fantastic evening. Don’t forget your blankets and lawn chairs. Luckie Park is located off Utah Trail between Two Mile Road and Joe Davis Drive.
