FIRE PROTECTION AND INSURANCE IN WONDER VALLEY

The San Bernardino County Fire Department has four options regarding fire and emergency services in Wonder Valley. Many people have questions about how these options would affect homeowners’ insurance. A representative from the California Department of Insurance will give a presentation at the Wonder Valley Community Center, 80526 1/2 Amboy at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 14. Issues to be addressed include purchasing affordable insurance; how each option will affect homeowners’ ability to buy and keep insurance; if Wonder Valley homeowners will be able to purchase a mortgage; insurance ratings for Wonder Valley; things homeowners might do to lower insurance ratings. All Wonder Valley residents are urged to attend the meeting.
