Fire fighters were called out to a garage fire in the Flamingo Heights area of Yucca Valley early this morning. According to County Fire Captain Trent Blanchard, about 12:30, a two-car detached garage in the 56000 block of Luna Vista Lane caught on fire. Fire fighters aggressively attacked the fire and were able to prevent the fire from spreading to an adjacent workshop and the nearby home. The garage and vehicle were a total loss. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
