FIRE AND LAW ENFORCEMENT AT HOMESTEAD VALLEY COUNCIL MEETING MONDAY

Officials from the fire department and Sheriff’s station will be at the Homestead Valley Community Council meeting Monday, March 21, to answer residents’ questions. Residents are also encouraged to come to the meeting to talk about the county plan and new guidelines for the siting and permitting of industrial-scale solar and wind projects, or any other county, state, or federal issue affecting the communities of Landers, Johnson Valley, Yucca Mesa, and Flamingo Heights. The meeting will start at 3:00 at the Flamingo Heights Community Center, 55977 Perris Road, behind La Copine Restaurant.
