FINAL LIST OF CANDIDATES RUNNING IN LOCAL ELECTION

The County Registrar of Voters extended the deadline last Wednesday, August 15, to file papers to run for office in four agencies in the Morongo Basin: Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency; Morongo Valley Community Services District; Hi-Desert Memorial Healthcare District; and the Yucca Valley Airport District. The deadline was extended because an incumbent in office did not file to run for re-election. No new candidates filed papers to run in any of these offices.
