In what has become a local tradition to kick off the holiday season, the Copper Mountain College Foundation’s annual Festival of Wreaths is an auction to support our community college, and a whole lot more. Reporter Mike Lipsitz tells us why…

Set for Sunday, November 24 at 2 p.m., the Wreath Auction brings together local businesses, organizations, families and individuals for a late afternoon of tiny bites and alcohol-free beverages guaranteed to wet your appetite for one-of-kind holiday wreaths, creative center pieces, and delectable desserts suited for the season. Just $10 gets you in; tickets available day of at the Bell Center. Bidding is optional but, according to organizers, having fun isn’t. Now in its tenth year, the Festival of Wreaths benefits the students, programs, activities and Copper Mountain College facilities. Tell your friends, bring your neighbors and enjoy the holiday festivities all to benefit our community college.
