This Saturday, starting at 10:30 a.m., the Yucca Valley Library will play a free movie as part of its family movie program. With his favorite blanket, here’s reporter Keith Bailey… This week’s family film at the Yucca Valley Library is “Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween.” Best friends Sonny and Sam meet Slappy, a talking dummy from an unpublished book by R.L. Stine. Slappy kidnaps Sonny’s mother just before Halloween as the town becomes overrun with monsters. Sonny teams up with Sam, his sister, and a neighbor to stop Slappy. The movie stars Jeremy Ray Taylor, Madison Iseman, and Caleel Harris. The movie starts at 10:30 a.m. and is free to attend. For more information call the Yucca Valley Library at 760-228-5460.
